Glutes and Legs

Glutes and Legs Okay give this a shot on leg day it was very challenging for me and I'm pretty advanced LOL. Start with a squat, then go to a curtsy lunge, back to a squat, then a lunge, back to a squat (if your advanced make this a pop squat) and the go to the other leg with a curtsy lunge. I couldn't do the pop squat I thought I was gonna die lol this should be a fast paced circuit and is considered a Plyometric movement. Do as many as you can i couldn't do that many this is much harder than it looks. Your hitting all 3 muscles in the glutes so if your pressed for time this is great as one workout for glutes.
