On Wednesday night’s episode of My Kitchen Rules, Lynzey and her father Robert Murphy dazzled the judges with their authentic Texan cooking and walked away with an impressive score of 90.
And it looks like 23-year-old Lynzey isn’t just a talented chef after a work-out video of the reality star uploaded to YouTube by FitBuds shows the personal trainer’s incredible strength and toned body.
In the fast-paced four minute clip Lynzey, who runs her own personal fitness training business, flaunts her rock-solid abs, toned biceps and lean legs in nothing more than a lime-green sports bra, minuscule bike shorts and Nike trainers.

Lynzey works up a sweat thanks to a series of gruelling exercises that demand a great deal of coordination and vigour.
She begins warming up by squatting rapidly with a large barbell weight resting on her back.

But it’s not all about her core with Lynzey taking to an outdoors gym to perform an intense set of chin-ups.
Lynzey caps off her session by running a massive tyre up and down the astro turf.
Throughout the video, the fitness fanatic never falters and manages to make each difficult exercise look extremely easy - a true testament to her sheer skill.
Since appearing on the Channel Seven cooking show, Lynzey and her down-to-earth cowboy father have already won the heart's of the nation and the pair have been hotly-tipped as the favourites of the show.

Meanwhile 61-year-old Robert told Daily Mail Australia from his Blue Mountains home on Monday he didn't think twice about entering the show with his daughter.
'I did what my baby girl asked me to do when she was two years old. Now she's 23, I guess it's no different,' Robert said.
